Bryan Car Care Service Agreement
By booking or using the services of Bryan Car Care, you hereby agree to the following terms:
Booking Terms & Conditions
Clients should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before detailing. Bryan Car Care will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, the vehicle being serviced, belongings inside the vehicle, or the service location. Ensure the vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area; communicate concerns with your detailing specialist if needed. All vehicles are cleaned at the client’s risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims will be limited to the cost of the service. Bryan Car Care reserves the right to alter bookings due to staffing, weather, or equipment failure. An hourly rate of $50 may apply for services outside the booking scope. A minimum 25% surcharge will apply for hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the time required for quality services, cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Bryan Car Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to staff availability, weather, or equipment issues.
• Failure to provide the vehicle and keys at the time of service may result in cancellation.
Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
Clients must provide access to the vehicle during the job. By using the service, clients authorize Bryan Car Care to operate and move the vehicle as necessary.
Quality of Service
Services are not guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any prior condition. A final inspection with the client is required at the job’s completion. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours; Bryan Car Care is not liable for issues after this time or if the final inspection was skipped.
Location
Failure to provide a clear and lawful location may result in cancellation, subject to cancellation policy terms.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Damage
Bryan Car Care is not responsible for any damage during service. While precautions are taken, liability is limited to the cost of the job. Clients agree not to hold Bryan Car Care liable for pre-existing damage. Bryan Car Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms
Fees are based on the agreed-upon price and service time, not specific outcomes. Additional fees of $50/hour may apply for jobs exceeding the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Feedback & Photos
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback. Bryan Car Care may use vehicle photos for marketing purposes without disclosing personal information.
Termination of Service
Bryan Car Care may terminate services or maintenance plans at its discretion if the client is deemed unsuitable.
Bryan Car Care Changes
Bryan Car Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be listed in this document.
