Do you offer mobile detailing or do I need to drop off my vehicle?
We offer both. Interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full details can be done mobile at your home or office anywhere in our service area. A flat $50 mobile service fee applies to all mobile appointments. Paint enhancement and protection plans require a controlled shop environment at our Post Falls facility for proper lighting and cure conditions.
How long does a ceramic coating take?
Our protection plans (7-Year and Lifetime) are a 72-hour process. You drop off in the morning and pick up exactly three days later. This includes a complete interior detail, full paint correction, multi-layer Opti-Coat SiC ceramic application, wheels-off protection, and final inspection. Every plan comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty from Opti-Coat LLC that includes $5,000 per claim coverage. We never rush the process.
What is Opti-Shield Liquid PPF and how is it different from ceramic coating?
Opti-Shield is a hand-applied 4-layer liquid paint protection film that builds 30+ microns of sacrificial protection over your factory paint. It bridges the gap between traditional ceramic coating (1-2 microns) and traditional film PPF (150-200 microns). Compared to ceramic, Opti-Shield is roughly three times thicker, requires no annual maintenance to keep the warranty in force, covers the whole vehicle with no panel boundaries or visible seams, and can be repaired in place. Both Opti-Shield and our ceramic plans carry the same $5,000 per claim manufacturer-backed warranty from Opti-Coat LLC.
