Subaru WRX STI – Exterior and Interior Prep for Giveaway

This blue WRX STI came in as part of a full giveaway prep. It’s not your average STI either—this one makes close to 1000 horsepower and has been fully built front to back. The car’s going to a new owner soon, so the goal was to get it looking as good as it performs before it’s handed off. We ran it through a full interior and exterior detail to get it ready.

We started with a rinse and foam prewash to loosen up the dirt and dust from sitting. After that we did a full hand wash, cleaned the wheels and tires, and worked through all the vents, trim, and areas that tend to hold grime. Once everything was clean, we clayed the paint to smooth it out and followed it up with a sealant to lock in some gloss and protection. The color had a deep, clean look by the time we were done with it.

Inside, we gave it a full vacuum and went through all the common wear areas—steering wheel, shifter, console, seat sides. Everything got cleaned and wiped down, then treated with UV protection to help keep the interior looking fresh. The goal wasn’t just to make it clean, but to make it feel like something special for whoever wins it.

By the time it left, the car looked dialed. Clean, sharp, and ready to be handed off to its next owner.
